Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days or sooner (that means Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 12 pm PST will begin being processed the following business day. Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final and we cannot cancel any orders that have already been placed.
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail, which usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Priority Mail shipping is also available and generally takes 1-3 days to arrive after the order has shipped. Shipping time may vary due to a number of factors that are out of our control, but we are always here to help answer any questions that may arise. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order has been packaged, shipped and fulfilled, Kiddbell is not responsible for packages that have been delayed, lost, damaged, stolen or misdelivered in transit.
If you need a package by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We ship do worldwide. All items are shipped via USPS and rates will vary by the weight and size of the item. First Class International is the least expensive shipping method and generally takes 10-21 days, but does NOT include tracking or insurance.
Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method. Global Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method.
International tracking information may take several days to appear in the system. Not all countries continue to update the tracking, so tracking information on international orders may be missing or incomplete. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate during checkout, as some countries may require a PO box for delivery by the standard Postal Service.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that these fees change per country on a consistent basis and we have no way of estimating how much they might be. They are determined by your country. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
We do not accept full returns on any items however we will allow for exchanges. Exchanges are applicable on patches, pins, buttons, new clothing and home goods within 7 days from when the item was received. Please email email@example.com to process your exchange request. No items will be allowed to be exchanged after the 7 day window.
All Art, Prints and Re-done Vintage is final sale and we do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item was damaged in transit or was misrepresented. Of course, there are always exceptions, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this further. We spend a great deal of time photographing and measuring these pieces to represent them in the most accurate way possible and due to the tricky nature of selling vintage and art online we cannot accept returns.
